I'm Josh Strohm, founder of Strohm Partners LLC and Strohm Media. I'm based in Altoona, PA and work with clients nationwide.

Sixteen years in client service and technical operations showed me exactly where small businesses lose time: manual follow-ups, disconnected tools, and processes that rely on someone remembering to act. I built this practice to replace those gaps with systems that run on their own.

I create custom AI agents, automations, CRMs, and websites for service businesses like HVAC, plumbing, legal, dental, and consulting. Every system I deliver is one I would run myself. Hermes, my own AI employee, already handles my back office. That sets the standard.
